Natya Dance Theatre partners with Chicago’s Mordine & Company to
create an innovate performance that brings together Bharata Natyam and
Western contemporary dance in an exploration of “the other.”  The
program premieres a trilogy of collaborative works, choreographed by
Hema Rajagopolan and Shirley Mordine, and pieces from their respective
repertoires that address questions of culture, gesture, philosophy and
family from diverse points of view.
